We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast.
Our shop only shows items which are available and is up to date and accurate most of the time. The only instance where an item may not be available is when the purchase is made in store and online at the same time of which we will contact the customer and provide an option of a full refund or keep the order as a back order and have the item shipped out the minute we have it in stock. Items will have an availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. These products will ship same or next business day. The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship that day.
A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either on Monday night itself or by Tuesday.
Most orders will be shipped via City-Link Express (for Malaysia) and DHL Worldwide Express (for rest of the world), but we do on occasion use Pos Laju & GDEX (for Malaysia) and TNT Worldwide Express (for rest of the world).

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping timelines also excludes delays i.e. customs at port of entry and unforeseen circumstances such as accidents in transit. If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Order Received." Once an order has a status of "Order Processed," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Bike Quest Customer Service immediately @ email@example.com or at (60)123135375 via call or whatsapp. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but Bike Quest will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.
